Here are the top mistakes that may be interfering with your ability to use Charms:
#1: Downloading the wrong version of the app.
You need the BLUE app for student accounts. If you've downloaded the white version, you have the administrator app. That's for booster board members, band directors, uniform committee chairs, etc.
Please download the blue app to access your student account.
#2: Putting a space in the school code.
The school code is plainfieldcentral. No space. It's just one word.
#3: Using the wrong password.
The band ID works as a password only on the FIRST login. If you are using the band ID as a password, it won't work. Also, if you are using your student's school ID as your password, it will not work.
If you have forgotten what your password is, hit "reply" and let us know. We'll reset your password back to the band ID. Then you can log in again and pick a new password.
